Abstract:

Various samples of fungi were collected at 3 sites on Long Island. Site one is the Valley Stream NY State Park, and two private residences in Suffolk County. Samples will be analyzed by the DNA Barcode method as proposed by ColdSpring Harbor Learning Center. Each sample will then be identified using the website DNA Subway.
