Abstract:

The investigation aims to determine how the differences of environments in Prospect Park namely Flat Bush and Park slope have an impact on the type of ants tribing in the site. We chose a specific location to investigate the specific ant species living specifically in the locations. The importance of researching and investigating about the biodiversity of ants is because we get to see the kind of external factors that affect the ants living conditions. The method that would best fit in our biodiversity investigation DNA Barcoding.
