Abstract:
Abstract: This proposal is for the Urban Barcode Project 2017. Its purpose is to investigate cases of mislabeled tuna in the Bronx, The students participating in the proposal would use their knowledge of the Bronx and investigative knowledge garnered through and outside of the Urban Barcode program to properly find out whether or not mislabeled tuna is a problem in the Bronx.
