DNA Barcoding of Grafted Plants

Grafting plants is a method that enables one root source to produce a variety of plants. Four grafted plants will be sampled for DNA barcoding. The scion and the rootstock will be DNA barcoded to identify the genetic makeup of the grafted plants.
