Abstract:

While doing this project we will use DNA barcoding to explore, track, and document the multitude of life found in and surrounding St. Mary’s Park. We are going to collect samples of plants from St. Mary’s Park. The samples of plants are going to be collected from different locations in St. Mary’s Park. We want to identify the species of invasive species in the park. Invasive species are species that are nonindigenous to a specific location.
