Abstract:

Mushrooms are the most common food on the table. They are delicious and have rich nutrition. But, different mushrooms have a huge difference in the taste, edible value and of course the price. In the following programme, I will barcode the DNA of some common mushrooms (fungus) that can be bought in the market of Suzhou, Jiangsu, China - with an extra sample which is collected by my director on the road.
