Abstract:

Invertebrates are one of the most diverse organisms. In this research there will be samples of invertebrates collected from the Hudson-Raritan Estuary. The purpose of this research is to learn how to extract DNA from invertebrates to barcode them and determine the biodiversity of the Hudson-Raritan Estuary.
