Abstract:

Nutrients like nitrogen are essential for the growth of all living organisms in the bay. It acts as a fertilizer for plants in the water. However, excess nitrogen can cause an overgrowth of plants and algaes. One thing that can affect the bay is the process of eutrophication. With our research we would like to Collect different species of encrusting organisms growing on the rock substrate ID organisms using taxonomic keys, Catalog and separate data, and Use DNA barcoding to identify species that could not be recognized.
