Abstract:

Bizarre Beetles and other unknown invertebrates is a project targeting beetles and unknown invertebrates at two trail heads near our school. We are also using a location near the woods using an outdoor light at one of our homes as the location/post. The specimens collected that can not be identified (a maximum of 20) will be barcoded to determine the species name. We are also interested in finding out if species have shifted to more northern habitats as global warming continues.
