Abstract:

The specific aim of this experiment is to study biodiversity by sampling invertebrates around Strack pond. The study will examine how the biodiversity of invertebrates living 6 inches around the PFC Laurence Strack Pond Memorial and how the invertebrates near the pond have been affected by human foot traffic. The samples will be used to help increase the knowledge of biodiversity on Long Island.
