Abstract:

n the Peconic River, biodiversity is a vital aspect of the environment. In turn, the barcoding of our found autotrophs would contribute greatly to preservation. Through the process of sequencing the different autotrophs we have collected, we expect to find species which will add to the diversity in the Peconic River.
