Abstract:

Fuchs Pond Preserve is located in Northport. The preserve includes a spring-fed freshwater pond and forested land and is used as a hiking path and an educational tool. The purpose of this biodiversity study is to identify native, harmful, and invasive plant species within the Preserve using DNA barcoding techniques.
