Abstract:

Throughout this experiment, we shall determine the limits of biodiversity that Fire Island contains, by noting previously existing species as well as undiscovered plants in the Maritime Shrublands. Using sample DNA, we will utilize the results of gel electrophoresis to compare them to the Blue Line on the DNA Subway.
