Abstract:

This study intends to determine the effect of diesel locomotive traffic, specifically locomotive emissions, on neighboring plant diversity. The overall goal of this study is to ascertain whether locomotive emissions affect plant diversity as pollutants, in general, can have harmful effects on plant life.
